Our Principal and Founder, Donald Garrett has approximately a decade of experience as an award-winning government analyst.  He launched his federal career with a Bureau of the US Department of Treasury.  On one project, a large federal contractor was responsible for implementing a new integrated Human Resources IT system, one component of contained a performance management module. 

Although User Acceptance Testing waived/completed by other individuals, Mr. Garrett nonetheless took the leadership to ensure that the performance appraisals in the system would be accurate and work for his Bureau.  During his testing, Mr. Garrett uncovered a substantial scripting error that would have resulted in incorrect ratings and bonuses for approximately 15% of US Department of Treasury Executives.  Mr. Garrett elevated the results of his testing to the Bureau, contractor, and the Office of the Chief Information Officer in order to demand a remedy that would comply with performance management regulations and accurately reflect the work contributions of the Treasury executives.  As a result, an immediate patch was implemented and the Department was able to process the appraisals within the regulatory timeframe.
